Density explores the contrast between graphic structure and organic forms through a contemporary reinterpretation of the classic hoop earring. Bold black hoops provide the foundation for a composition of suspended white shell pearls and subtle gold-tone details. The accumulation of contrasting elements creates visual density, giving the design its name. The interplay between dark metal, luminous pearls and warm gold accents introduces depth, movement and a distinctive sculptural character. Despite their striking composition, Density earrings maintain a lightweight, versatile silhouette that brings a contemporary edge to both minimalist and more expressive looks. Part of NUCLEUS, Density explores volume, contrast and the relationship between organic materials and structured forms. Designed and assembled by hand in Spain in small series. DETAILS • Materials: Stainless steel, shell pearls and gold-tone metal components • Finish: Black with gold-tone accents • Design: Hoop earrings with suspended white shell pearls • Sold as a pair • Collection: NUCLEUS CARE Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth and store separately to prevent scratches. Avoid direct contact with perfume, cosmetics, water and cleaning products. Remove before showering, swimming or exercising.

Contemporary jewellery in stainless steel, pearls & 18k gold finishes — small-run, hand-assembled in Spain
Kirei is an independent contemporary jewellery brand based in Spain, creating small-run pieces with a strong focus on structure, contrast and unexpected proportions. Our collections combine stainless steel, 18k gold finishes, cultured and shell pearls, crystal and selected mixed materials. Each piece is hand-assembled in Spain, working with specialist manufacturers for selected components and, increasingly, developing proprietary elements created specifically for our designs. Kirei explores the tension between refinement and disruption: clean lines are interrupted by asymmetry, movement, scale or unexpected combinations of materials. The result is jewellery designed to feel distinctive without becoming excessive. Collections are produced in limited quantities, allowing us to maintain a selective approach to design, production and distribution.
